We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quantity Surveyor (Project Manager)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site works on all projects as assigned.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of long- and short-term goals
• Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects.
• Prepare working bill on all projects.
• Prepare actual bill on all projects after project completion.
• Ensure strict adherence to working bill on all projects.
• Manage all contractual and financial aspects of the project.
• Manage cost on all projects.
• Ensure the project is completed within projected time frame.
• Ensure the usage of quality materials, especially when stated by the client.
• Ensure the wise usage of materials on site.
• Supervise the purchase of all materials.
• Liaise with the client QS and representative.
• Prepare contract agreement with contractors.
• Negotiate and approve payment on materials and labor.
• Supervise and coordinate site engineers for effective site delivery.
• Advise the managing partners on any technical discussion on projects.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying
• M.Sc / MA is a plus and any other professional qualification.

Experience:

• Must have 1 - 3 years of working experience.
• The candidate must have strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, outstanding organizational and Leadership skills.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 monthly
