About the Job

• We need a Market Operations Intern to support the objective of our market operations which oversees all Retail activities through exchange trading and liquidity, settlement, reporting and other operations.
• An associate whose primary responsibilities are to support all operations as assigned by the Portfolio Manager in order to ensure maximum profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities 
What your day-to-day at Quidax might look like:

• Ensure the seamless execution of all customer-related trades.
• Monitor the exchange to ensure that market orders are loaded correctly.
• Track positions and profit and loss (P&L) for accurate reporting.
• Work closely with data analysts to provide useful data points in support of market operations.
• Assist in analyzing market trends and operational metrics.
• Report liquidity and operational status as assigned by the Portfolio Manager
• Monitor all order book processes to prevent any issues that could lead to failed trades before they reach customer success.
• Maintain a daily trading blotter record of all retail trades.
• Collaborate with the Treasury team for timely market discovery.
• Assist in drafting rate trends and market analysis reports.

Requirements
What you need to have:

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Trading Financial markets instruments.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and trading.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
