Carlson Hotel is a four-star hotel located inside Osborne Phase 2, Ikoyi with 22 rooms, swimming and a gym.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Rceptionist (Hotel)

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greeting and Assisting Guests
• Handling Check-in and Check-out Procedures
• Managing Reservations and Bookings
• Handling Guest Complaints and Requests
• Providing Information About the Hotel and Surrounding Area
• Performing Daily Administration and Bookkeeping
• Coordinating with Other Departments
• Handling Lost and Found Items
• Operating the Telephone and Communication System
• Monitoring Lobby Security.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 year of experience.

Salary
N65,000 - N85,000 / Month.
