Job Position: Real Estate Investment Adviser / Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Sales Manager/Real Estate Manager

Job Summary

• We seek an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Investment Adviser/Sales Executive to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will provide expert investment advice and sell real estate properties to clients, exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet/exceed targets
• Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends
• Provide expert investment advice to clients
• Showcase properties and negotiate sales deals
• Build/maintain client relationships and networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on industry regulations and laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management or related field.
• 2+ years real estate sales experience (Abuja market knowledge preferred)
• Proven sales track record
• Strong communication/presentation skills
• Excellent networking/relationship-building abilities
• Real estate certification/training (e.g., RICS, RED, etc.)
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
