Job Description

• Are you passionate about real estate and skilled in sales and marketing? We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Executive!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various marketing channels including social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Showcase properties to potential buyers.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals.
