Job Overview

• As the Receptionist, you will be the face of The Art Hotel, ensuring guests feel welcomed and have a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.
• We’re looking for an energetic, vibrant person who enjoys interacting with people and is open to learning and growing within the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and requests, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Manage phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about hotel services.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-presented.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for arrivals.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Skills: Good communication, basic computer skills, and strong organizational abilities.
• Personal Attributes: Young, healthy, vibrant, and well-groomed with a friendly and professional presence.
• Learning Orientation: Open to training and growth opportunities within the hotel.

Working Hours:

• Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel operations.
