Job Description

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• A confident, clear, and calm communicator.
• The ability to use your initiative.
• Phone and front desk reception.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Excellent administrative, organisational, time-management, and general reception skills.
• Database & records management.
• Customer service.
• Accurate relaying of messages
