Job Position: Receptionist

Job Location: Benin City, Edo
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

• You will manage the reception area and keep it a place of excellence at all time so that it is welcoming to all parents
• You will know where to direct parents when they need the attention of specific staff
• You will hold the name of the school in high esteem and show that to anybody who comes to reception
• You will be the first port of call for anyone who comes onto the school property and ensure that nobody enters, without your knowledge
• You will take calls that will require you to give a direct answer in certain cases or take a message and ensure that the request is directed to to the correct department
• You will develop a knowledge of the school so that parents who are coming for inquiries will be able to rely on you for all information regarding the school
• You will be able to calmly diffuse difficult situations where parents may arrive at the school with problems to be solved
• You will dress professionally at all times to maintain the school's good image

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in the relevant area of study
• Previous experience in a related or similar job
