Job Description

• As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo intensive training, gain hands-on experience across different departments, and develop the skills required to thrive in a fast-paced digital financial services environment.
• This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute fresh ideas toward driving innovation and financial inclusion across Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning and on-the-job training across various departments (Operations, Business Development, Customer Experience, Finance, Risk & Compliance, etc.).
• Support day-to-day departmental activities, projects, and initiatives.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to aid business decision-making.
• Shadow experienced staff to gain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to execute projects and deliver business objectives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development throughout the program.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution (minimum of Second Class Upper).
• 0–2 years of post-graduate work experience.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable.
