Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
• Screen and evaluate candidates through resumes and interviews to identify suitable applicants.
• Facilitate the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain organized and updated records of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in developing and promoting an employer branding strategy to enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HNDin Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
