Job Description

• The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of top talent for our organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of prospective candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and networking events.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, discuss candidate profiles, and facilitate the interview process.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations for recruitment purposes.
• Stay current with recruitment best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation activities for candidates.
• Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with successful candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on activities, costs, and hiring goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with a talent for identifying and attracting top candidates for our organization.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / month.
