About the Program

• Our UI/UX Designer Training & Internship Program is designed for aspiring designers who want to develop hands-on experience in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• This program provides in-depth training on user interface design, user experience principles, prototyping, and usability testing, followed by real-world application through an internship.

Key Responsibilities
During the training phase, participants will:

• Learn the fundamentals of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Understand user research, wireframing, and prototyping techniques.
• Gain knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Develop skills in usability testing and accessibility best practices.
• Explore responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Get introduced to design systems and component libraries.

During the internship phase, participants will:

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Create interactive prototypes and collaborate with developers.
• Implement and refine design elements based on usability testing results.
• Work on optimizing user flows and enhancing overall user experience.
• Document design decisions and best practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Degree program in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
