Job Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Locations: Lagos, and Rivers

Job Summary

• Our Client, a distillery is seeking experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve sales target.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans, aligned with the company's overall sales strategy.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and competitors.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team.

Salary
N600,000 per month.
