Overall Responsibiliies

  • The Relationship Manager will be responsible for the management of existing clients to ensure retention, development of new businesses and driving acquisition efforts within a defined geography, to achieve consistent and profitable growth for the organisation.
  • S/He must demonstrate the ability to attract new business to achieve designated revenue target levels, carry out business strategies that are in line with organizational objectives and develop profitable business with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing of new businesses.
  • Registration of new clients and/ or staff of organizations.
    Processing of RSA forms for timely generation of pins.
  • Sales of Additional Voluntary Contribution to clients alongside their RSA.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by listening to the needs of the client, proffering solutions immediately where available and building a good relationship for referrals.
  • Give client updates on the pension industry through one of our channel(s) such as the customer interactive session.
  • Ensure that accounts opened are funded.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University with a minimum of 2:2
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional working experience within the pension industry, with at least 3 years in Business Development.
