Job Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Abuja. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, hiring and training staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and communicating with franchise owners.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees in Hospitality Management or related fields with 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing staff and restaurant operations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Hiring and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage knowledge and experience
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
