Job Summary

• We're hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our fast-paced restaurant.
• The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Planning and delegating work duties to service and production staff and ensuring compliance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Supervise and motivate team members to maintain top performance.
• Monitor inventory, stock, and cost control.
• Track sales, generate reports, and meet revenue targets.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Hospitality or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good financial management and budgeting skills.
• Passionate, hands-on, and customer-focused.
• Proven ability to manage a team.
