Job Position: Restaurant Operations Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
We are looking for a strong operations team leader to coordinate an efficient restaurant operations team.
Reporting to you will be:

• 7 Chefs
• 2 Dispatch bikers
• Security personnel.
• 3 Barmen
• 8 Waiters

Requirements

• Proven experience of managing and developing staff.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is a clear advantage, but experience of running/supervising any other hospitality based operations team will also suffice.
• Good inventory management and reporting skills.
• Low tolerance for imperfection.

Remuneration

• Salary ranges from N120k to N150k depending on competence and potential to grow
