Job Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and handle disciplinary matters as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan events, promotions, and other initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
