Birthed in Lagos, we are popularly known with our short-form ''Rango"'. Our presence can be felt in three malls across Lagos; Rango Restaurant, Ikeja City Mall, Rango Rooftop Lounge, Josego Mall, Lekki and Rango restaurants, Novare Mall Sangotedo. Our restaurants and lounge are a haven for food enthusiasts seeking a blend of modern ambiance and delectable cuisines.

Job Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Restaurant supervisor will be crucial in overseeing day-to-day operations and leading the front-line staff, ensuring a positive customer dining experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Monitor inventory and order supplies
• Implement and monitor staff compliance with the restaurant's standards of operations
• Assist in developing and monitoring the scheduling of restaurant staff ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally with emotional intelligence
• Ensure high standards of food quality and service are maintained
• Implement and monitor staff compliance with the restaurant's health and safety guidelines
• Oversee and ensure accuracy in cash handling and deliver cash reports appropriately
• Train and mentor staff.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. with 2 - 3years of work experience in a supervisory role in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and staff scheduling
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
