Job Position: Risk Control Officer

Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and organized Risk Control Officer to join our team.
• The primary responsibilities of this role include reconciling and collecting sales data, investigating discrepancies, and controlling inventory to minimize damages and waste.
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Duties
Sales Reconciliation:

• Collect and verify all Payment collection (POS, bank transfers, wallets collection..)
• Compare receipts with order values to ensure accuracy.
• Confirm that POS receipts are from MANO POS machines.
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies in sales records.
• Escalate and report unresolved discrepancies promptly.

Inventory Control:

• Monitor stock inventory for damages and waste.
• Implement control measures to minimize inventory loss.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on sales reconciliation and inventory status.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Report and document any inventory issues or inconsistencies.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead initiatives to improve controls where there may be risk of loss.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.
• Experience in sales reconciliation, inventory control, or a related field.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
