We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Risk Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Summary of Job Description

• Develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management policies, procedures and policy framework
• Provide Management and Board with regular assessment and opinion on effectiveness of Bank’s risk management control systems
• Put in place a system to ensure Bank’s operational risks are identified, analysed and properly assessed
• Ensure compliance with all regulators’ requirements and other applicable laws
• Conduct policy audit, ensure compliance to standards, including liaison with Internal & External Auditors.

• Ability to create and sustain a risk environment
• Enterprise risk management competencies
• Must be technology savvy
• Good knowledge of digital and e-business and inherent risks
• Preference for risk prevention over detection focused system
• Strong leadership skill
• Team Management skill
• Good understanding of industry products and corresponding risks
• Should be proactive.

General/Specific Requirements:

• Emphasis is placed on competencies and achievements. Relevant certification and degree is an added advantage.
