Job Position: Route to Market Manager (RTM)

Overview

• The Route to Market (RTM) Manager is responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing the distribution channels to maximize the availability and visibility of the company’s products.

Market Expansion

• Identify opportunities to expand market reach, including evaluating alternative channels (e.g., e-commerce, direct-to-consumer).
• Drive innovation in the RTM model by exploring new technology, tools, and practices to improve channel efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in route-to-market management, sales, distribution, or related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in RTM strategies, distribution management, and sales planning.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with an ability to work cross-functionally.
