Job Summary

• The Sales and Customer Service Officer is responsible for new client management, customer service and to promote sales and marketing of the company’s products through telephone calls and cold calling.

Job Description

• Interacting with the company’s potential clients and providing all necessary information on inquiries
• Follow-up with existing and potential customers
• Basic Public Relations duties for the organization which includes radio station appearances
• Meeting monthly sales targets
• Participating in Marketing- related activities and events.

Requirements

• Applicants must have a First Degree (Minimum of an OND Degree)
• 2 - 4 years of work experience.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Social Media Savvy.
