Job Position: Sales and Customer Support Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Sales and Customer supportis responsible for new client management, customer service and to promote sales and marketing of the company’s product.

Job Description

• Interacting with the company’s potential clients and providing all necessary information on inquiries
• Follow-up with existing and potential customers
• Basic Public Relations duties for the organization which includes radio station appearances
• Meeting monthly sales targets o Participating in Marketing- related activities and events

Requirements

• Applicants must have a First Degree (Minimum of OND Degree)
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Social Media Savvy
• Driving is an added advantage.
