Job Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Location: Isolo-Ajao Estate, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking for a qualified sales and marketing manager to help keep this engine running with their own skill as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives
• The ideal sales manager must be equipped with in-depth knowledge and experience of sales process, and excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
• A candidate with strong negotiating skills someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
• Someone with a proven charisma to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to build and maintain a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
• Continuously develop leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
• Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
• Digital marketing expert and renowned experience in telesales and face-to-face marketing.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification.
• 5 - 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N500,000 monthly.
