We have need to hire a Sales and Service Delivery Officer.

Job Title: Sales and Service Delivery Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Receive sales calls and follow up for sales
• Occasionally visit Prospect/customer site as may be required
• Make sales and register customer
• Follow up with technical team to ensure customer service request is fulfilled
• Make periodic report

Requirement

• Good in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good in developing and delivering presentations
• Good knowledge in using online conferencing tools
• Good in using social media tools
• Good knowledge of internet service provision
• Good client-facing and relationship skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification
First Degree or HND in related discipline (with high inclination to sales and customer service delivery)
Minimum of 1 year experience in an ICT-related field
