Myafrimall Logistics is an independent customs broker/customs intermediary dedicated to providing solutions to all customs clearance needs whether import or export.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales / Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Promote our logistics and real estate services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Follow up on leads and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience inCustomer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media for marketing.
• Must be proactive, organized, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with logistics and real estate industries is an advantage.
• Strong social media savvy—comfortable engaging with clients on various online platforms.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Organized, with keen attention to detail.
