Gotebuy is a newly established home car wash company based in port harcourt. We do car was home or office delivery with agents scattered all over the city.

Job Position: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Location: Rivers

Summary of Role

• The candidate will provide overall leadership for the sales in the organization. He / she Will develop key sales strategies and execution plans to achieve the corporate growth objectives.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business performance by delivering business development excellence through understanding of the customer needs, offering them professional and innovative solutions

Key responsibilities
The Manager is responsible for:

• Define and monitor sales performance in the various sales channels
• Establish and manage strategic business relationships with key account customers
• Organize, coach, challenge, & develop staff within the sales organization
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and potential customers
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and provide solutions
• Hit/exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct professional meetings, comprehensively questioning and listening to fully understand customer requirements

Key Performance Indicators

• Number of Customers Signed up
• Customer Satisfaction
• Team Management & Development

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. Masters degree will be a plus.
• 5+ years of sales experience or business development
• Strong and convincing personality, with a sense of urgency, can persuade key customers to subscribe
• Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
• Good knowledge of Nigerian Market with proven experience
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Change Management skills required.
• Business, Analytical, and Financial Acumen Required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
• Excellent entrepreneurial and commercial awareness
