Job Description

• We're seeking an experienced Sales/Marketing Associate to lead sales and marketing efforts for our agricultural products, including peppers, vegetables, fish, and pigs etc. 
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, specifically in selling food and Agricultural Commodities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and other stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations
• Manage sales data and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience selling food and agricultural commodities
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the agricultural industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
