Rizpremium Global Empire is a Real Estate startup that connects real estate buyers and sellers together online. We help real estate companies to buy and market their properties to customers, we help individuals to analyze real estate investment and management.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Design and strategize a plan to reach sales targets.
• Market Various projects/products to target customers and close deals.
• Oversee arrangements to give prospective clients a view of a product before closing deals
• Conduct Inspection of properties to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing deals
• Oversee the draw-up of sales Contract/agreement.
• Collate, review and send monthly reports on sales activity.
• Oversee Recruitment, motivation and retention of salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as Sales Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Real Estate Management.
• MSc is an Added Advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Presentation and Excel, PowerPoint, Ms Word.
• Negotiation skills.

Salary

• N30,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
