Evertop Realties Limited is a real estate firm providing estate development, sales and acquisition of land, sales and lease of property, real estate marketing and brokerage, real estate investment, and facility management services in Nigeria.

We are a team of honest realtors who share a common goal - to provide choice properties and serve our clients with continuous dedication to quality and total customer satisfaction. We currently own 14 land estates within prime locations across Lagos State, Ogun State, Ibadan, and Anambra in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales / Marketing Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent negotiating techniques.
• Self-motivated and Fast Learner with passion for sales
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
