Job Position: Sales &Marketing Officer
Job Location: Magodo, Lagos

Summary

• This position is responsible for sourcing for new clients and managing existing client’s needs effectively for the organization.
• Are you a young and vibrant graduate with at least an OND certificate? Do you have good communication, interpersonal, persuasion and stress tolerance skills with at least 3 years’ experience in Sales in the hospitability industry?

Job Description

• Sourcing for prospective hotel and lounge clients and ensuring increase in occupancy rate
• Investigating potential problems and possible reasons that may have affected client purchases
• Prepare monthly reports and budget for sales and marketing unit
• Effective management of guest relations, ensure that 90% of guests leave good reviews and feedback.
• Develop and implement annual guest satisfaction strategy with cooperation and collaboration of the entire team.
• Strict implementation of sales processes and procedures and regular maintenance of an accurate and updated accounts/contacts database and follow-up procedures
• Responsible for recommending solutions which will help in enhancing the profits of the company and should be a problem solver.
• Be aware of local market competition, to monitor trends within the industry and make suggestions how these could be implemented in the hotel
• To pass on all complaints/comments received from customers/clients regarding the hotel, hotel services, etc. to the Director of Sales & Marketing immediately
• To maintain and exceed the hotel’s revenue goals within the allocated market segments
• To maintain confidentiality of the information directly related to the hotel’s activities and to not divulge such information outside the hotel.

Remuneration
85,000-100,000 naira/Month
