We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales / Online Customer Support Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Responding promptly to client inquiries through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving clients complaints.
• Responding to Clients phone calls and providing adequate information on our products
• Placing clients orders on the portal and ensure proper follow up till delivery.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
• Detailed Knowledge of our products to be able to respond to clients questions and inquires.
• Processing clients orders and requests. Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Ensuring clients satisfaction and providing professional client support always.
• Answering clients inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with clients on the status of their orders.
• Following up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the products delivered to them
• Acknowledge clients by responding to emails, texts, chats and phone calls.
• Recommending potential products to management based on clients need.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust with clients through open and interactive communication
• Inform clients of current deals and promotions on our products
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers of clients for proper record.
• Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mass Communication or relevant discipline
• Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Communication skills.
