Job Description
As a Sales Representative at Clauddy Bella Auctions, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for providing personalized assistance to customers and driving sales within our store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the perfect wig or natural hair product based on their preferences, style, and budget.
• Providing expert advice on hair care techniques, product usage, and styling tips to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and promote brand loyalty.
• Staying informed about industry trends, new product launches, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for beauty and a genuine desire to help others look and feel their best.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
