Job Position: Sales Representative
Job Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Drive in-store sales of company products
• Help customers find the products that are right for them and explain their various features and benefits
• Build trust relationships with customers through excellent customer service
• Process customer orders
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Offer a solution to customers’ enquiries. If not available, proffer alternatives
• Encourage referrals from customers
• Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management.

Requirements

• SSCE / OND in a relevant discipline
• 1 - 3 years’ experience as a sales representative in a fashion business
• Experience in Customer service is desirable
• Fashionable and conversant with fashion trends
• Must be proficient with internet and social media
• Candidate must live close to the job location: Magodo, Lagos.

Salary
N45,000 monthly.
