We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Scrum Master
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and best practices.
• Identify and escalate impediments to the team's progress and actively work to resolve them.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain a well-defined product backlog.
• Shield the team from external interference and distractions, ensuring focus on sprint goals.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to optimize the overall Agile process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Candidate MUST have over two (2) years of experience in Project Management
• Ability to facilitate and drive decision-making in a collaborative team setting.
• Experience with Jira or other Agile project management tools.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to evolving Agile practices.
