Job Position: Senior Civil Engineer
Job Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• We seek an experienced and COREN-certifiedSenior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3-5 years of proven working experience in civil engineering, with a strong construction and project management background.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
• 3 - 5 years of work experience.
• Proven experience as a Civil Engineer focusing on real estate projects.
• COREN certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Residency in Aya, Guzape, or Asokoro environments in Abuja would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with local regulations and building practices in Abuja.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
