Job Position: Senior Loan / Relationship Officer
Job Locations: Ojota, Alaba, Ajegunle & Egbeda - Lagos

Job Summary

• As a Senior Loan/Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for leading a team of Loan/Relationship Officers, developing and implementing business strategies, and managing a portfolio of high-value customers. 
• You will provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the overall growth and success of the bank.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Loan/Relationship Officers and provide guidance and support
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
• Manage a portfolio of high-value customers and provide excellent customer service
• Conduct credit assessments and recommend loan approvals
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of lending products and services
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
