Position Overview

• Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend engineering to join our dynamic team.
• As a senior member of the development group, you will play a key role in architecting, building, and maintaining high-quality, user-centric web applications.

Working Structure:

• This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite, 3 days remote), but the first two months will be fully on-site at our premises in Gbagada, Lagos. The position requires a standard 40-hour work week, with 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using the React framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code that adheres to best practices.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior developers and support the overall technical growth of the team.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with strong ReactJS focus
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong understanding of the React framework and its core concepts
• Experience with modern web application architecture
• Solid background in responsive and adaptive design
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Proficiency with Git
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English (C1)
• Experience working in a Scrum environment

Salary
N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 / Month.
