Job Position: Service Delivery Officer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage all service-related enquiries, including survey and installation requests from prospective customers.
• Coordinate service requests from partners, dealers, and sales executives.
• Accurately complete, update, and send service delivery reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure a proper handover of activated clients.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee prompt and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification in related fields with relevant work experience.
