Job Position: Service Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Preferred Grade: Security Guard

Requirements

• A good ND or HND certification.
• Not more than 45 years old.
• Certificates in security training would be an added advantage.
• Prior experience of security role will also be an added advantage.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient, approachable security service, and high level of customer service to staff and customers at all times.
• Carry out internal and external patrol, day and night to ensure safe and secure environment, recording maintenance issues, potential breaches of security or unusual occurrences as appropriate.
• To assist customers with helpful advice, guidance and information where necessary.
• Ensure that those who should not be granted access to the Banking hall are professionally and politely prevented from gaining access or escorted from the premises.
