Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Architect to join the brand.
• The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing the construction of buildings and ensuring that the construction process meets the design specifications and standards.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture, engineering, and construction, as well as strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of buildings, ensuring that the construction process meets the design specifications and standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other architects to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
• Review and approve construction drawings and documents
• Ensure that the construction site is safe and in compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Review and approve change orders and construction claims
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction progress and expenses
• Manage the bidding process for construction contracts and select contractors for the project
• Monitor the construction site to ensure that work is being done according to the design plans and specifications
• Identify and resolve construction problems as they arise
• Ensure that the project is completed within the specified timeframe and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Site Architect or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction principles
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work on construction sites and in outdoor environments for extended periods of time

Remuneration:
N100,000 Monthly.
