Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our growing real estate broker firm as a Social Media / Content Creator.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance our online presence, attract potential clients, and promote our real estate services.
• This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message.
• Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and engaging with our online community.
• Monitor industry trends and stay updated on social media best practices to enhance the firm's online presence.

Community Engagement:

• Actively engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and local businesses to expand the firm's online network.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to gather information about properties and create compelling content.

Recommended Daily Tasks
Morning:

• Review and respond to overnight social media interactions.
• Check industry news and trends for potential content ideas.

Midday:

• Create and schedule social media posts for the day.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and initiate conversations.

Afternoon:

• Conduct photo/video shoots for new property listings.
• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

End of Day:

• Recap the day's social media performance and plan for the next day.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and share insights with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Proficient in photography/videography and relevant editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
