Job Summary

• We are looking to hire an exceptional social media and content creator Personnelto promote good customer experience on the spot.
• This role is expected to have an in-depth understanding of building and maintaining a healthy brand image via online forums.
• To execute quality, engaging content for our audience by creating, sourcing, and publishing relevant and compelling social media content.
• The Personnelis also responsible for creatingvideo skits content, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging for the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Create, source, and publish tailored digital, online, and social media content for the Nigerian audience, ensuring localization.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, fostering productive engagement.
• Facilitate communication among departments and ensure marketing channels are aligned.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns effectively.
• Generate ideas to enhance reach, engagement, and social presence.
• Monitor SEO and Google Analytics metrics, providing insightful reports.
• Innovate strategies to stay ahead of the competition, staying updated on digital trends and best practices.
• Develop engaging content (text, video, images, infographics) consistent with the hospitality brand and social media strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a social media and content creator
• Candidate must have explicitcontent, sharp video of good quality.
• Excellent communication skills and Strong writing skills.
• Experience incontent creating and video editing.
• Proficiency in content management systems.
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and practices.
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
• Must resides in Abuja
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
