Job Description

• We are a dynamic and growing business, specializing in Real Estate Development and Property Management in Nigeria and the UK. We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a talented Social Media Manager/Content Creatorto work remotely.
• We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies to captivate and engage our audience
• Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a community around our brand.
• Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging
• Create, curate, and schedule daily content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Utilize AI tools and Canva to create engaging content.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a creative agency or in-house team
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and social media campaigns.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with content creation tools like Canva.
• Ability to use AI tools for content creation and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of brand development and multi-channel marketing concepts.

Desirable:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field with 2 years of experience
• Experience with video content creation and editing is a plus.
• Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Salary and Benefits

• N250,000.00 - N350,000 / Month
• Remote working, flexible working hours
