Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy.
• Coordinate the development of contents for the company's social media platforms.
• Handle social media campaign and manage weekly sponsored ads.
• Develop social media weekly calendar.
• Cross-sell company’s packages and services.
• Manage re-branding / re-positioning efforts and enforces brand standards.
• Manage social media for brand awareness and impression.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign and provide report to the management.
• Leverage and maximize the company’s sponsorship capabilities.
• Sustain an in-depth understanding of the media and social media landscape, industry trends, current events and competitor’s efforts.
• Manage client relationships on the social media.
• Work to create new sources of customers through building professional networks and complementary partnerships.
• Complete additional tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• At least 3 years social media work experience.
• Excellent communications and business writing skills
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• You must be self-motivated and have the drive to smash your targets
• Excellent planning, budgeting, time management and prioritizing skills.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
