Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s online presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, interacting with our online community, and analyzing performance to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics).
- Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers in a professional manner.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (a plus):
- Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
- SEO and digital marketing knowledge.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / month
