Requirements
A candidate shall possess any of the following requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any relevant discipline with a minimum of second class lower division obtained from a recognized University with at least two (2) years of relevant experience in software development,
  or
• Any relevant and recognised entry-level software certifications such as IEEE's Certified Software Developer, Microsoft Certified Software Developer, etc with at least two (2) years of relevant experience in software development.
