Job Description

• Our client is looking to hire a Spa Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the spa.
• In this position, the ideal candidate will hire and train staff members, delegate tasks to staff, and set schedules.
• They will also be responsible for the performance of the spa by developing marketing campaigns, whether through advertising campaigns or social media posts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Spa
• Create a weekly staff schedule
• Fill any non-specialized roles when employees are absent
• Hire and train employees
• Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
• Ensure the organization complies with all employment laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
• Previous experience in the role is required
• Great interpersonal skills
• Cosmetology or other spa-related experience is a plus
• People Management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good Social media skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Time Management Skills

Salary
N200,000 / month.
