Olores Home Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Ikoyi store team. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and customer service standards.

- Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

- Control inventory, manage stock levels, and minimize waste.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of retail management experience.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
